Health care must be accessible for anyone independent of legal status. This is a fundamental basic right of every human being. In Germany this right is difficult to enforce, because current legislation means that for illegalised immigrants every visit to the doctor can quickly become a stay in immigration custody. We aim to bring this reality into public consciousness and improve the situation for those affected.
Our long-term aim, however, is the abolishment of special legislation for migrants and refugees. We are opposed to any form of social exclusion and oppression and demand equal rights and freedom of movement for everyone.
